Our club, along with many other FRC clubs, is divided into five branches of work!
With these five branches being:
Electrical:
"In electrical, we help maintain and set up all the electrical components that power the robot. This includes wiring and connecting the battery, motor controllers, power distribution board, RoboRIO, sensors, and other electronic devices. We ensure everything is safely and efficiently connected so the robot can function reliably during matches. We also help troubleshoot electrical issues, manage cable organization, and work closely with programming and mechanical teams to make sure all systems are integrated properly" - Electrical Lead
Hardware:
"All the metal, the cutting ... actual mechanisms, we ... filled all of that. It's ... rewarding, but it also breaks a lot. So a big part of our job is fixing the robot throughout the season and during comp'" - Hardware Colead
Software:
"The art of creation; putting life into machine" - Software Lead
Outreach:
"Teaches students communication and marketing. Outreach contacts people interested in the club, gains sponsors, does website, designs merchandise, hosts open house, runs votings, gives presentations, makes everyone feel welcome... essentially everything that doesn't have to do directly on the robot" - Outreach Lead
Safety/Organization:
"About both the safety of our team and our robot! As ... lead I make sure that all team members don't do anything dangerous and follow rules, as well as taking care of members that get hurt from accidents! ... to help keep people on track and to make sure we have all the tools we need, and to make sure we get more of what we need!" - Safety/Organisation Lead
